Welcome to all Acadians visiting Nova Scotia for the 2004 World Acadian Congress. We hope you enjoy excellent weather and wonderful experiences.

What We Offer

Hinterland offers 1/2 day introductory kayaking tours, also full day and up to five day overnight kayaking tours on the Sissiboo River and St. Mary's Bay. We offer one to 21 day canoe tours in the remote wilderness of Southwestern Nova Scotia.

How You Find Us

Arriving form Digby take exit 27, continue to the Village of Weymouth. At the Goodwin Hotel take a left turn. Drive for 3.5 klm to Gates Lane. Hinterland is at the bottom of the hill on the right. Arriving from Yarmouth take exit 28 continue to the Village of Weymouth,across the bridge and up the hill to the Goodwin Hotel. Take a right turn. Drive for 3.5 klm to Gates Lane. Hinterland is at the bottom of the hill on the right.
